3. Brokerage Connectivity

YourStockPicker optionally connects to your brokerage account via SnapTrade, a third-party OAuth provider. If you choose to connect a brokerage:

• Access is read-only — we can view positions and balances only
• We cannot place trades, transfer funds, or modify your account
• We never store your brokerage username, password, or login credentials
• Your brokerage OAuth token is encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption
• You can disconnect your brokerage at any time from Settings
• SnapTrade's own privacy policy governs the OAuth flow: snaptrade.com/privacy

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data is only shared with the services required to operate YourStockPicker (e.g., Telegram for message delivery, SnapTrade for brokerage connectivity).

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data. Sessions are encrypted and API keys are stored securely on the server side and never exposed to the client.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and trade history data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
