By accessing or using YourStockPicker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our financial disclaimer above. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Not Financial Advice

All stock picks, signals, options analysis, and thematic briefs provided by YourStockPicker are generated by artificial intelligence and are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice of any kind.

• YourStockPicker is not a registered investment advisor (RIA), broker-dealer, or financial planner
• Past performance of any pick does not guarantee future results
• Investing in stocks and options involves significant risk, including the possible loss of your entire investment
• You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions
• Always conduct your own due diligence and consult a licensed financial advisor before investing

3. Brokerage Account Connectivity

YourStockPicker offers optional integration with third-party brokerage accounts via SnapTrade. By connecting a brokerage account, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Access is strictly read-only — we retrieve positions and balances for display purposes only
• We have no ability to execute trades, transfer funds, or make any changes to your brokerage account
• We do not store your brokerage login credentials at any point
• Your authorization token is encrypted and stored securely; you may revoke access at any time via Settings
• YourStockPicker is not responsible for any actions taken by SnapTrade or your brokerage
• Disconnecting your brokerage will remove the OAuth connection but will not delete imported holdings from your portfolio

4. Subscription and Payment

Access to YourStockPicker requires an active subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account. Each subscription is for a single user only.

6. Prohibited Use

• Redistributing or reselling picks or signals without permission
• Automated scraping or bulk downloading of content
• Using the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to reverse-engineer the prediction model

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YourStockPicker, its operators, founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses or trading losses of any kind
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from reliance on AI-generated picks, signals, or analysis
• Losses resulting from inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete market data

By using YourStockPicker, you expressly agree that you waive any and all claims against YourStockPicker and its operators for investment or trading losses. Use entirely at your own risk.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
